The plants of our Bali Tabanan cocoa thrive in mixed cultures, grown and hand-harvested by small farmers and family farms, which is part of one of the few biologically-certified cocoa cooperative in Bali. In order to provide the local population, a possibility of the sustainable protection of their livelihood, the Cooperative itself the task, to obtain the cocoa from a variety of individuals. The people to plant the cocoa lovingly in small quantities on private property and are dedicated to the ripe fruit by manual harvesting.
